Fortnight Specials Available all year round for 3 - 6 persons.
As there is so much to see and do in this world-renouned area, we are happy to encourage our visitors to stay longer by reducing our published rate by 10% for one week of any consecutive two-week booking in the same apartment. The reduction will apply to the lower priced week where the period covers two different price bands. Forward planning and early booking is recommended to ensure availability.

Multiple Bookings
Family and mature friend parties preferred.
The very generous living space available in our Hepplewhite apartment provides an ideal opportunity for socialising by party members staying in some or all of our other four apartments at the same time.
The seated dining number in that apartment can be raised to ten, and the two sitting rooms can together accommodate many more. Our current total apartment bedspace capacity is for twenty-four adults. Rates are negotiable, but please contact us well in advance to secure your requirements. Again, please phone or email.
Short Breaks
These may be available at any time of the year, depending on our normal seven night arrangements for other parties.
In the Winter months (November - mid March) we show our weekend (Friday pm to Monday am) and mid-week (Monday pm to Friday am) prices/availability on our website, but those periods are not always booked as indicated, so please phone or email to identify your exact requirements and obtain a quotation.
In the Summer periods, we normally only book short breaks a few days ahead, but sometimes an opportunity may arise when part of a week remains available close to, say, a ten night booking. In such cases, any short break offer will be shown on this website on the News and Offers page.
Non-Winter short breaks are usually priced on the assumption of a three-night stay, but quotations for additional nights (subject to availability) can be obtained on request.
